Miskatonic Beer Dinner!

Miskatonic Brewing Company is located on Frontage Road in Darien, Illlinois.  My first experince with them was when Brewery Manager, Josh Mowry came calling, literally going door to door in Downtown Naperville in an effort to sell his own beer.  Now, having been here for over ten years, I'm quite used to beer reps stopping in with the occasional brew to taste.  I feel I've honed my response to generally be polite, whether I like the beer or not, and give them the usual line of 'sure, let me get back to you on that'.  Miskatonic was different, I ordered a keg on the spot.  I immediately recognized the quality, freshness and care that he put into brewing his beer. I think you'll recognize it too, when we feature Miskatonic for a beer dinner on August 15.  Here's the menu:
