TUESDAY JULY 8, 2014 

The Bash Registration Meeting; anytime between 5:00 – 8:00 PM
A family member or representative of each participating group must attend the orientation meeting, which takes just a few minutes. The captain's bags, t-shirts and important last minute event information will be distributed at this time. Those wishing to cross to Bimini in the company of others can use this opportunity to make arrangments with other guests to do so. Meeting location is Sea Vee headquarters - 6900 NW 77th Court, Miami

THURSDAY JULY 17, 2014 - Arrival in Bimini
Welcome Ashore Krewe will be ready to assist you upon arrival

8:00 PM - Reception
The Goombay Smash Reception kicks off our island festival. Bring some of your favorite island dishes to share with your friends. There will be special recognition for those who bring the tastiest treats!

10:00 PM - Dock Party
The Bahama Mama Dock Party. This is where the adults hang out for some good tunes and spirits. Leave those little ones tucked in bed for this jam session.

FRIDAY JULY 18, 2014

10:00 AM - Kids Fishing Tournament
The Kids Fishing Tournament. Bring all the kids so we can see what they can catch. All particpating kids recieve their own fishing tackle to use and keep! Awards will be presented at the banquet.

Noon - The Excursion to Honeymoon Harbor
Escape the heat as you cool off navigating to beautiful  Honeymoon Harbor. Then drop your anchor and join us at the sandbar for great barbecue prepared for you by our expert grill chefs.  

SATURDAY JULY 19, 2014

11:00 AM - Hunt for Treasure
This sensational scavenger hunt takes you throughout the island in the quest to be first  at reaching the grand prize.

4:00 PM - Golf Cart Parade 
Junkanoo Golf Cart Parade. Join the parade through town and interact with the locals as you show off your decorated island festival golf cart. Most attractive, interesting and outrageous carts will be recognized at the award's banquet.  

8:00 PM - Awards Banquet
The Island's top celebration

Bimini Bash Fishing Tournament

The fishing tournament portion of the Bash is ongoing throughout the entire weekend. If you make a great catch, bring it down to the weigh-in at the Mega Yacht Marina. The weigh station will be manned Thursday 3pm -5pm, Friday 6pm - 8pm, and Saturday 3pm - 5pm. Eligble fish are dolphin, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. Winners will be recognized at the awards banquet.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. All rooms subject to 16% tax. A resort fee of $12.00 per adult and $6.00 per child will be added to the above rate. 72 hour cancellation policy applies (for full refund). Limited availability. Lodging will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A sellout is anticipated. Make your reservations early!

Dockage Fees

Daily Dockage - $2.50 per foot

Water - $0.45 per gallon

Daily Electric - $0.60 per KW/Hour

2014 marina rates are subject to a $12.00 per boat per day resort fee.  

Booking Your Bimini Bash Trip

Booking your Bimini Bash getaway is a simple 4 step process.

Step 1 - Select your lodging preference then contact Bimini Resort World reservations supervisior, VERONICA BOLANOS, at 305-374-6664 to make your lodging reservations. You can also reach her at her mobile number 786-606-0716. Make sure that you give the her the rate plan code: "GSEAVEE" to recieve your discounted Sea Vee rate. Step 2 - Contact the Bimini Resort World Marina directly at 1-242-347-6031 to reserve your dock space. You can also make golf cart reservations by contacting ELITE Golf Carts at 242-473-8125 or MM Golf Carts at 242-473-4357

Step 3 - Click on the "Register Now" link above to register you and your guests with Sea Vee. This is an important step as t-shirts, captain's bags, party favors, food and beverage quanities are calculated based upon your registering. There is a $125 per person fee which can be conveniently paid online with a credit card.

Step 4 - Attend the orientation meeting on Tuesday July 8th to recieve inportant last minute information.

A sellout is anticiapted. Make sure that you complete your lodging and dockage reservations as soon as possible. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy in effect, so you can cancel your reservations without penality up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival date. The sooner you make your bookings, the greater the likelihood that your preferred room and dockage will be available.
