THURSDAY JULY 18, 2019 - Arrival in Bimini

Welcome Ashore crew will be ready to assist you upon arrival

Welcome Reception - HILTON ROOF TOP POOL AND VIP LOUNGE

We'll celebrate your arrival with the spectacular panaramic views from the roof top of the new Hilton hotel, closed to the public for this special event. You'll be treated to scrumptious butler served hors d' oeuvres, muliple food stations and a complete open bar.

Mingle with other Sea Vee boat owners as you stroll around the magnificent fifth floor of this luxury resort hotel. Let the kids jump in the infinity pool while you relax to the sounds of our island DJ, or head on over to the air conditioned dance floor and party the night away!

FRIDAY JULY 19, 2019

Kids Fishing Clinic & Tournament - MEGA YACHT MARINA

Bring all the kids so we can see what they can catch. They'll get hands on training to rig their own tackle. All participating kids receive their own rod & reel to use and keep! Awards will be presented at the banquet. 9:30 am - 10:30 am

 

Rendezvous on the Beach - DEPART FROM YOUR DOCK

Join us for a fun run to a secluded tropical oasis where you'll throw your anchor in the shallow waters just off a sugary white sandy beach. Bring on your appetite as our grill chefs will have great barbecue waiting for you. Then kick back and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as you socialize with your family and new friends. 

Noon - 5 PM.

Some guests may wish to explore the surrounding waters or visit the Sapona on their own time before the rendezvous. The 270-foot Sapona was built by Henry Ford in 1911 and served as a troop transport for just one trip during World War I. After the war, the   Sapona was used by rumrunners between the Bahamas and Florida during Prohibition. A hurricane in the late 1920s drove the ship aground between South Bimini and Cat Cay, where she only partially submerged. Today the Sapona is very popular with divers and snorklers. 

Friday evening is open to your preferences. Try your luck at the casino, explore the authentic Bahamian village of Alice Town, or just unwind while watching a spectacular sunset on the beach or pool deck.  

SATURDAY JULY 20, 2019

The Great Scavenger Hunt - MEET AT CASINO PARKING LOT

Get your golf carts and camera phones ready as you'll be traveling around North Bimini visiting the communities of Paradise Point, Spook Hill Beach, Bailey Town, Radio Beach and Alice Town photographing the various destinations and activities detailed on your scanvenger list. 

You'll need a well thought out game plan to snap your selfies as you have just an hour to check off as many items on the scanvenger list as possible. Those with some familiarity with the lay of the land, and island delights like conch salad and Bimini bread, stand the best chance of winning, so make sure you spend some quality time exploring Bimini in the proceeding days before taking on this challenge. 

9:45 am - 11:00 am

Farewell Banquet - LUNA BEACH PAVILION 

Take in the beautiful ocean panorama view at Luna Beach. Cocktails followed by an exquisite island buffet dinner awaits you as you share stories of your Bimini adventure with family and friends. An awards ceremony honors the top anglers and great prizes are raffled off to the lucky bash participants. We'll light things up just before the sun sets as a signal that the island party is about to get started. Guests will be treated to the sounds of our talented DJ.

Cocktail hour starts at 7:00 pm. Banquet begins at 8:00 pm. 

Bimini Bash Fishing Tournament - MEGA YACHT MARINA

The fishing tournament portion of the Bash is ongoing throughout the entire weekend. If you make a great catch, bring it down to the weigh-in at the Mega Yacht Marina. The weigh station will be manned Thursday 4:30 pm -5 pm, Friday 5:30 pm - 6 pm, and Saturday 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Eligible fish are dolphin, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. Winners will be recognized at the farewell banquet.

Event Fee and Special Bimini Bash Discounted Lodging Rates

The event fee is $265 for adults and $225 for children 7 - 17 years old. Children 6 years old and younger are free. The fee includes all meals, beverages, t-shirts, prizes and entertainment as detailed in the schedule of events.

A limited number of discounted rooms at the new Hilton hotel have been blocked for this event. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Other properties, including garden villas and waterfront homes, are available for rent at online websites including AirBNB and Vrbo.

All Hilton rooms subject to tax and resort fees. Limited availability. Discounted lodging will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A SELLOUT IS ANTICIPATED. Make your reservations early!

Guest t-shirts, captain's bags, party favors, food and beverage quanities are all calculated based upon your registering. The event fee can conveniently be paid online with a credit card.

Adjacent rooms with pass through door can be requested based on availability. Please note that discounted lodging is available only to registered Bimini Bash guests. Code use by non-guests will be disqualified at check-in.

Your Bash t-shirts and other items will be shipped to the physical address you used for registering several weeks before departure. Additional information, and any last minute details will be sent to your email address.

A sellout is anticipated. Please make sure that you complete your lodging, dockage and golf cart reservations as soon as possible to best ensure that your preferred room and dock space are available.
