DAY 1 - THURSDAY JULY 14, 2022

Welcome Ashore crew will be ready to assist you upon arrival

Welcome Reception - HILTON ROOF TOP POOL & LOUNGE

We'll celebrate your arrival with the spectacular panoramic views from the roof top of the Hilton hotel, closed to the public for this special event. You'll be treated to scrumptious butler served hors d' oeuvres, multiple food stations and a complete open bar. Mingle with other Sea Vee boat owners as you stroll around the magnificent fifth floor of this luxury resort hotel. Let the kids jump in the infinity pool while you relax to the sounds of our island DJ, or head on over to the air conditioned dance floor and get ready to party like a rock star!

DAY 2 - FRIDAY JULY 15, 2022

Rendezvous on the Beach - DEPART FROM YOUR DOCK 

Join us for a fun run to a secluded tropical oasis where you'll throw your anchor in the shallow waters just off a sugary white sandy beach. Bring on your appetite as our grill chefs will have great barbecue waiting for you on the beach. Then kick back and enjoy the relaxed island atmosphere as you socialize with your family and new friends.

Noon - 5 PM.

 Havana Nights - PIANO BAR TERRACE AND LOUNGE

Put on your favorite Guayabera, grab a table, count your fichas and get ready to play the national game of Cuba - Dominoes! Compete with your family and friends to win some fun prizes. Enjoy delicious Cuban sandwiches, complimentary cigars, and an open bar complete with Mojitos and Cuba Libres as you groove to the rhythm of contemporary Cuban music.

Day 3 - SATURDAY JULY 16, 2022 

Kids Fishing Clinic & Tournament - MEGA YACHT MARINA

Bring all the kids so we can see what they can catch. They'll get hands on training to rig their own tackle. All participating kids receive their own rod & reel to use and keep! Awards will be presented at the banquet.

Some guests may wish to explore the surrounding waters or visit the Sapona on their free time. The 270-foot Sapona was built by Henry Ford in 1911 and served as a troop transport for just one trip during World War I. After the war, the Sapona was used by rumrunners between the Bahamas and Florida during Prohibition. A hurricane in the late 1920s drove the ship aground between South Bimini and Cat Cay, where she only partially submerged. Today the Sapona is very popular with divers and snorklers. 

Free time is built into the Bimini Bash event schedule. Go ahead and try your luck at the casino, explore the authentic Bahamian village of Alice Town, or just unwind while watching a spectacular sunset on the beach or pool deck!  

Farewell Banquet - Changed to the Casino Pavilion

Relax and enjoy complimentary cocktails as you share stories of your Bimini adventure with new found friends. Then prepare yourself for an exquisite island dinner and open bar with your choice of beverages. An awards ceremony honors the top anglers and great prizes are raffled off to the lucky bash participants. We'll conclude the evening with the sounds of our talented DJ .

Cocktail hour starts at 7:00 pm. Banquet begins at 8:00 pm. 

 

 

Bimini Bash Fishing Tournament - MEGA YACHT MARINA

The fishing tournament portion of the Bash is ongoing throughout the entire weekend. If you make a great catch, bring it down to the weigh-in at the Mega Yacht Marina. The weigh station will be manned Thursday 4:30 pm -5 pm, Friday 5:30 pm - 6 pm, and Saturday 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Eligible fish are dolphin, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. Winners will be recognized at the farewell banquet.

Event Fee and Special Bimini Bash Discounted Lodging Rates

The event fee is $395 for adults and $295 for children 7 - 16 years old. Children 6 years old and younger are free. The fee includes all meals, beverages, t-shirts, prizes and entertainment as detailed in the schedule of events.

A limited number of discounted rooms at the new Hilton hotel have been blocked for this event. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Other properties, including garden villas and waterfront homes, are available for rent at online websites including AirBNB and Vrbo.

All Hilton rooms subject to tax and resort fees. Limited availability. Discounted lodging will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A SELLOUT IS ANTICIPATED. Make your reservations early!

Booking your Bimini Bash island getaway is a simple 3 step process.

Step 1 - Tell us you're going by clicking on the "Click here to Register" link above to register you and your guests with Sea Vee. This qualifies you for discounted lodging. Guest t-shirts, captain's bags, party favors, food and beverage quantities are all calculated based upon your registering. The event fee can conveniently be paid online with a credit card.

Step 2 - Land a discounted hotel room! Simply click on this link HiltonLinkDirect to reserve your Hilton hotel room(s). Adjacent rooms with pass through door can be requested based on availability. Please note that discounted lodging is available only to registered Bimini Bash guests. Discount link use by non-guests will be disqualified at check-in.

Step 3 - Grab a discounted boat slip by clicking on this link Dock Reservation. Your are limitied to the July 14 - 17 event period when using this portal. Contact the dockmaster, Phil Doller by email at pdoller@biminibaymarina.com or call 786-322-4440 to extend your reservation if you're arriving earlier, or departing later. Please note that your reservation is not valid until you receive a confirmation letter from the Reservation Department at Bimini  Bay. Remember to make golf cart reservations when booking your lodging and dock space.

Your Bash t-shirt and other items will be shipped to the physical address you used for registering several weeks before departure. Additional information, and any last minute details will be sent to your email address.

Please make sure that you complete your lodging, dockage and golf cart reservations as soon as possible to best ensure that your preferred room and dock space are available.

COVID-19 Message

The 2022 Bimini Bash is subject to any government regulations that may restrict lodging, travel and other activity associated with this event. Bahamian government authorities and/or resort management may inact certain policies and guidelines that guests must adhere to for their safety and well-being. Unforeseen circumstances may require postponement or cancellation. Information for our guests will be provided through our email system. The Sea Vee fee is fully refundable should a date change or cancellation occur. The Hilton policy is detailed on their registration form.
