Participants will be able to receive a full refund if a cancellation is requested two weeks prior to the newly scheduled event date. For all cancellations requests that come in later than two weeks prior to the event, a 50% refund will be given. Participants must pay in full two weeks prior to the scheduled event. School staff are required to register through the TDA process and Hopeful TEARS Institute.
