Cheese & Charcuterie

Cheese boards are an art form that involves much more than throwing some cheese and crackers on a plate. In this demonstration class you'll create the perfect mix of cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, and nuts and look like a culinary genius at the next party or family gathering. Participants will create their own small cheese board to take home.
