Culinary Techniques II: Meat – Hands On

You will gain an understanding of the proper temperatures for meats and the difference between undercooking or overcooking. Hands-on experience in handling the meat raw and proper sanitation guidelines. Sampling includes Beef Tenderloin au poivre and New York Strip Steak with the Chef’s choice of sides. Cook your meat to perfection every time.
