This class will teach you how to hand make Goat Cheese Tortellini with Pancetta, Sundried Tomatoes and Peas served with a Lemon Cream Sauce. In addition, you’ll learn how to prepare Fettucine that will be paired with Braised Beef Stroganoff, Mushrooms and Crème Fraiche. Each participant will enjoy dining and sampling these entrees.
