Handmade Pasta 101 - Hands On

This class teaches you how to hand make and roll pasta dough. Work closely with the chef to perfect your pasta techniques. Each participant creates Lobster Ravioli served with a family style salad. The chef will select an appetizer and dessert. This is a BYOB event.
