Upon arrival, enjoy a light snack and refreshments while you mix and mingle with the other attendees. This challenge begins with an introduction to our chef and discuss your Black Box Challenge rules, then don your aprons and divide into teams. Under the chef’s watchful eye and with his help, using your mystery ingredients, you prepare a starter course—be creative and bring your culinary vision to life! When your time is up, each team will present their dishes (just like on Top Chef or Chopped!) and be judged by their peers on the best presentation, flavor and originality.

Then gather around our dining tables, sit back, and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our chefs—just for you.
