Jerome Dees Jr is an Award Winning sales professional, Author, Podcaster and   Speaker. He is currently the Director of Catering with Wise Sons Jewish Delicatessen in San Francisco and operates a consulting firm “Smart Selling Guru”.  Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President of Sales with Le Boulanger where he oversaw their catering and wholesale efforts! Le Boulanger bakes fresh bread served at Levi’s Stadium (home of the 49ers) and conducted over 150,000 yearly deliveries across the SF Bay Area.

Prior to Le Boulanger, he worked with Einstein Noah Restaurant Group where he oversaw catering operations for Northern California, Washington and Oregon. This involved management and support of  55 drivers and 6 coordinators. Based on his record breaking career with Einstein Noah, Jerome was awarded the ENRGI President's Award for his impact on the organizations growth and positive impact on their culture.
