2nd Annual Women's Outing on the Water: an Introduction to Dragon Boat Racing

Calling all fun-loving ladies! Experience the excitement of Dragon Boat Racing, the fastest growing water sport in the world, inspiring an international movement in support of breast cancer survivors.

Join us for what is sure to be an awesome good time, on Wednesday June 12th! If you joined us last year, you know how much fun this will be and you don't want to miss it. Grab your girlfriends and come down to the river to take on the Dragon with us and learn something new or refresh your water safety and paddling skills. Class will be taught by the South Jersey Dragon Boat Club, lead by our friend Lisa Mercuro who races competitively for the Jersey Girls team. 

We'll meet at the club at 5:30 for instruction to be on the water by 6pm. Come dressed comfortably and wear your sneakers. Bring a lawn chair for the band that will be playing on the grounds from 7pm to 8:30pm. We'll have refreshments and snacks for our participants. Additional concessions will be available through the club.
