Jim Duda is the coordinator of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and Environmental Law Practice Group, plus he is a member of the Schools, Colleges and Universities Practice Group. He specializes in helping clients develop, protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property. As an attorney and professional engineer, he brings to the firm both legal and technical expertise.
Jim is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
