The discussion will focus on key legal concepts that entrepreneurs should consider when using social media as a marketing vehicle for their business.   Social Media is key to a small business marketing strategy, but you must be aware of any issues that could affect your business negatively.

Jim Duda is the coordinator of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and Environmental Law Practice Group, plus he is a member of the Schools, Colleges and Universities Practice Group. He specializes in helping clients develop, protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property. As an attorney and professional engineer, he brings to the firm both legal and technical expertise. 

Jim is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He represents clients in a variety of matters, with special emphasis on monetization of core technologies, inventions and creative expression through licensing, transactions, brand development and patent management strategies. He also assists clients with protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights through patents, trade secret programs, registrations and civil litigation.
