How many minutes, hours, and days have we observed lost due to a colleague holding a grudge against another, a department against another department, or line staff against management?   From the size and location of a working space to credit for a successful project, grievances are formed, retold, and held while productivity, team work, and innovation drop.

Learn how to prevent grudges, recognize early signs of grudge formation, control the damage, and encourage a workplace that supports and encourages forgiveness.

Lois assists organizations to become high performance workplaces. She is able to assess an organization and then deliver the support needed to strengthen critical relationships and enhance working relationships. This includes strategic work with teams together with individual coaching of high potential individuals in the organization. Lois is particularly effective working with families in business when they confront succession, leadership, and transition challenges.
