Arcadia University will host a suicide prevention training session on March 22. Please join us in learning life-saving skills and reaching out to those in need. The event is co-hosted by Arcadia's Department of Public Health and Montgomery County's Office of Mental and Behavioral Health. 

Participants will join in educational and role-playing exercises using QPR training. This stands for Question, Persuade, Refer; a method that encourages people to question their loved ones, persuade them to seek help, and refer them to proper sources.

The event will begin at 4:00 PM and last about three hours. Light refreshements will be provided after the session.
