Continuing Education Credits: 5 CEUS Please note that CEU credit hours will only be given for the hours you actually attend training. To get a complete certificate of attendance for all the offered hours, you must attend the entire training. There are no exceptions.
Refund Policy: A full refund will be given until the deadline, October 15. If you cancel your registration after the deadline or fail to attend the training you or your agency will be responsible for the full registration fee. Participant substitutions are always permitted.

Dress: Please dress casually and comfortably. Temperatures in training environments are unpredictable so please dress in layers.
Food and Materials: Due to grant restrictions, ODVN cannot provide food or snacks. Participants are encouraged to bring what they need to take care of themselves. There will be a one hour lunch break. Participants will be provided with all hand-outs and training materials but may find it useful to bring a laptop, tablet, pen or paper.
