ODVN Youth Caucus is excited to host the national resource, love is respect for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. Love is respect is a project of the National Domestic Violence Hotline.

Angela Lee, Director of love is respect, will speak about relevant issues that teens encounter in today’s world. Participants will hear an overview of teen dating violence, safety planning approaches, and vital resources advocates can utilize in their local programs.

Love is respect offers 24/7 information, support, and advocacy to young people between the ages of 13 and 26 who have questions or concerns about their romantic relationships. In addition, participants will learn how love is respect approaches sharing resources with the young people they serve and how they provide support to friends and family members, teachers, counselors, and other service providers through their resources.
