Join us at the 2020 LGS Users Conference coming to the Omni Mandalay Hotel and Conference Center in Las Colinas, Texas.

What Is It All About
We offer integrated learning over 1 1/2 days that is focused around your job and your software.  Along with detailed and informative trainings, attendees will have time to openly visit with the LGS Staff, share applicable experiences with peers, and learn how to maximize the efficiency of their software.   Break-out sessions will offer a vast assortment of product specific educational training topics and collaberative brainstorming, in addition to technology advancements available by LGS and our group of affiliated Information Capital Enterprises. 

Who Is It For
This encompasses all individuals in the following offices: County or District Clerk, County or District Attorney, Justice of the Peace, Municipal Courts, County or District Judge, Court Coordinator.

When Is It Happening
August 5th, 2020 - 6:00pm - 10:00pm (Registration and Welcome Reception)
August 6th, 2020 - 8:30am - 10:00pm (Conference and Evening Event)
August 7th, 2020 - 8:30am - 12:00pm (Conference)
What Does It Cost
LGS has arranged for a room block with the Omni at a discounted rate for all conference attendees.   In order to take advantage of this, registration must be completed no later than July 15, 2020 through LGS.   No direct bookings will be accepted by Omni.

Upon completing the conference registration online, an invoice will be emailed containing detailed identification and payment information.   If you do not receive this information please contact our office at 1-877-481-4111 or submit a support ticket and Dana Dyess will assist you.  In order to guarantee your conference reservation please make arrangements to pay the invoice no later than July 25, 2020.
 
Cancellation Policy
  • A Full Refund will be given for cancellations made by June 1, 2020
  • A Partial Refund (Conference Fees, Less Room and Taxes) will be given for cancellations by July 1, 2020
  • No Refund will be given for Cancellations made after July 1, 2020
