Matt Wenning is no stranger to the lifting community.  He has broken multiple world records raw and equipped, benched over 600 raw multiple times and squatted over 865 in just a belt!!! Combine this with a masters in biomechanics and multiple contracts with the government and you have one of the top strength professionals in the world!

The Matt Wenning Stength Seminar at Lehigh Valley Barbell is perfect for anyone who is looking to improve their strength and performance.
