Miss Kentucky Bluegrass Regional Title 

Apply for your regional title to attend the 2016 Miss Kentucky Bluegrass open state pageant. It is required to apply for the regional title before your spot will be held. Only 12 contestants accepted per age division, don't delay ! The $50 deposit for regional title will be credited toward your state fee and includes your free sash ! Also note this year we have an option to add a round crown or bling tee to your title.
