Apply for your regional title to attend the 2020 Miss Kentucky Bluegrass open state pageant. Only 10 contestants accepted per age division, don't delay ! The fee to guarantee your regional title is $75 ($25 is credited toward your state fee) and includes your free custom monogrammed sash ! You may choose to add a round crown to your title for $30.
