Lesker University Vacuum Technology Workshop Day
KY Multiscale and the Micro/Nano Technology Center welcomes K.J. Lesker Company's Workshop on Vacuum Science and Design. Course topics include Physical Vapor Deposition and Thin Film Growth.
Course Topics and Tentative Schedule:
- 8am - Registration
- 8:30am to 12:30pm - Introduction to Vacuum Science and System Design
- 12:30pm to 1pm - Lunch provided to registered attendees
- 1pm to 5pm - Physical Vapor Deposition and Thin Film Growth Models
The workshop is FREE, however pre-registration by November 11, 2019 is required.
