Are you currently dealing with a conflict with a colleague, friend, team or family member? Each of us handles conflict in our own style. The understanding of your style and those of others will assist you to achieve positive outcomes both personally and professionally. Each participant will complete a questionnaire and receive immediate feedback as to their style of managing conflicts. Based on your style, you’ll receive information on your strengths and opportunities for growth using that style. There are no right or wrong styles – just tools that will lead you to better results when dealing with conflict.
You will leave with a solid understanding of your conflict management style, other’s styles, and how to maximize your effectiveness at resolving conflicts in both your professional and personal life, becoming more comfortable and less reactive when conflict occurs.
