1 Hour Ethics CLE Applied For
Free to CDLA Members

This CLE program will offer ethics credit. It will address grievances in connection with litigation and will be directed to practitioners in the area of professional liability litigation including medical malpractice, long-term care, legal malpractice, and similar litigation practices. This program will address questions such as:
  • What should you do when a grievance has been filed against you;
  • What should you do if, in the course of litigation, opposing counsel engages in conduct that, pursuant to the ethical rules, compels the filing of a grievance against that lawyer;
  • What should you do when a client provides you with evidence you suspect is fabricated; and
  • What are some best practices for avoiding grievances?
