Dr. Scott will discuss the application of the AMA Guides Third Edition Revised and the DOWC impairment Rating Tips.  He will also discuss the difference between the W.C. examinations and Rule 35 exams, which often use the 5th or 6th edition of the AMA Guides.

Attorneys will learn what information, medical and non-medical, is needed to overcome a Division IME report.  Also, he will discuss the questions and topics that need to be highlighted at a Hearing to defend DIME. 

Dr. Scott will also discuss what is needed for an effective chart review under the present restrictions for these exams and how COVID 19 has affected performing Division IMES and IMES.
