This program will provide an overview of the more significant pieces of legislation that were passed by the Colorado legislature in 2019 and 2020 that are relevant to the defense bar. Areas of the law include employment, arbitration, insurance, construction, civil procedure, and CCPA. The discussion will also include an overview of national trends and legislation that is likely to be introduced in the 2021 Colorado legislative session.
