In 2015, an armed shoplifter running from the Greenwood Police Department broke into a home, refused to come out, and shot at the involved police officers. To remove him from the residence and arrest him, a variety of strategies were used, some of which resulted in severe damage to the home. Find out the how and the why the case was successfully handled, including facts not revealed in the press, from the attorneys who handled the litigation, appeal, and cert.
