Judge Lance Timbreza from Mesa County District Court will be presenting on general civil case issues that he and the other District Court judges observe, especially in regard to practitioners unfamiliar with the western slope. In Mesa County, all six District Court Judges have a mixed docket, so there are common issues that these Judges address regularly, especially with balancing their civil case load behind criminal and domestic dockets. Judge Timbreza will discuss various topics that will educate practitioners who appear in Mesa County.
