Dr. Lesnak will explain the anatomy, diagnosis, and treatment of shoulder injuries in worker’s compensation claims as well as when a shoulder injury morphs into a CRPS claim.
He will discuss the applicable medical treatment guidelines and how shoulder injuries are assigned impairment ratings. He will elaborate on how shoulder injuries can be limited to the schedule of impairment versus whole person impairment.
Dr. Lesnak will also illustrate what is needed to defend against the conversion of the impairment rating issue and what is needed to defend surgical litigation. He will illustrate at what point surgeries and passive care have reached their maximum effectiveness.
