This is a full-day learning experience targeted at new lawyers or those in their early years of practice.  The program is offered FREE for those who have been members of CDLA for 3 years or less and yes, this is live and in person!  For that reason, we are limiting the participants to 30 on a first – come/first-serve basis.

Program Chair Ellis Mayer of Nathan l Dumm l Mayer will be joined by experienced defense attorneys to present on topics intended to impart excellence in practice skills to newer defense attorneys, including time management, time keeping and billing, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and professionalism and collegiality. In addition to Ellis faculty currently includes Lily Ramirez, Lewis Brisbois,  Adam Goldstein, White & Steele, Billy George Hertzke, SGR, and Emily Miller, Nathan Dumm & Mayer.
