This program will involve discussions about the EEOC process beyond the typical mediation and investigation process. It will include discussion of the conciliation process with the EEOC following a finding of probable clause, including statutes that govern disclosure of information and the negotiation process toward an agreement. It will also cover the litigation process when conciliation is unsuccessful and the EEOC files suit. The program will involve lessons learned, aimed to help attorneys strategize on future similar matters.
