This workshop will focus on research and writing skills for dispositive motions and motions practice in general.  This second of the three-part series will address composition and editing of complex motions for summary judgment and the more general motions that arise in daily practice.  This will include the technical skills of writing, strategies for effective advocacy in the written form, and the mistakes that every writer must avoid.
