Bid Meeting Registration Fee:

• $75 per person (Must be post marked by March 16th, 2017)  or (Paypal transaction by 3/16/17 5:00pm)
• $85 per person after March 16, 2017

The TSC accepts credit card payments for your registration. Friday:

TOP GOLF Fundraiser Benefiting the TSC Youth Foundation 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Our pre-Bid Meeting event on Friday will be a charity event for the TSC Youth Foundation.  So join TSC members in TEEing IT UP FOR CHARITY at San Antonio's TOP GOLF location for a fun "golfing"experience! Anyone can play Top Golf, from aspiring pros to never-ever golfers.  All you have to do is swing a club and try to hit your micro-chipped ball into dartboard-like targets.  It's competitive!  It's loads of FUN no matter your golfing experience.  Competitions (for those so inclined) can be played and the rest of us can try it out, take pictures, laugh and relax!  Price includes the game (don't need to bring your clubs), membership, and 6 people per bay to maximize the fun!  Alcohol and food available for purchase.  All profits from this event will go to the TSC Youth Foundation. Transportation available at 12 noon in hotel lobby.

FRIDAY:

Registration begins at 5:30pm outside of 4th floor ballroom.

DELEGATES MEETING WILL START AT 7:30PM IN THE 4TH FLOOR BALLROOM.  Winter and Summer Expedition bids will be presented.

NEW-- Dessert Reception 8:30pm--Frio Room on Riverwalk Level

SATURDAY:

Delegates Meeting from 8AM to approximately 1PM

1:00PM Pick up boxed lunch and go to caucases

2:15PM Deliberations for 2017-2018 Trips

3:45PM Announcement of 2017-2018 Trips

4:00PM Ski Show with free beer/wine/soft drinks

6:00PM Ski Show ends and Private Platinum Sponsor Reception begins!

7:00PM  Dinner, Silent Auction and Dancing at the TSC Denim & Diamonds Dancer

8:00am General Meeting for Delegates and Members
