Texas Ski Council's Annual Bid Meeting & Ski Show

For Bidfest Registration cost is $150 and includes Friday's downtown Austin dinner event, Saturday's luncheon and cocktail reception with Delegates/Member Guests.  See the donor options below that allow additional access to Texas Ski Council members at this meeting.

TSC SPONSORSHIPS

Blue Star Donor - $250 - One Bidfest Registration as set out above, plus logo and advertising during the Bid Meeting and linked partnership on the TSC website.

If you are unable to attend the meeting there are other opportunities under a Blue Star Donor Level by contacting Kerry Huffstutler, such as sponsoring refreshments or snacks for a delegate meeting during 2019-20 TSC fiscal year, including advertisement at meeting.

Silver Star Donor$525 - items under Blue Star Donor, plus one booth during our Saturday afternoon Ski Show. 

Gold Star Donor - $750 - items under Silver Star Donor plus the opportunity to have breakfast with the TSC board and key club decision makers on either Saturday or Sunday.   You will be able to speak for 5 minutes before the group.  (8 available)

Platinum Star Donor - $1000 - One Bidfest Resgistration as set out above, plus one booth during our Saturday afternoon Ski Show, 5 minutes speaking time opportunity in front of Delegates and Member Guests with your choice of Beer/Wine Co-sponsor for the Ski Show or Co-sponsor for the Saturday cocktail reception  (2 available for each) This includes logo/sign display at chosen event. 

Black Diamond Donor - $1,500 -Two Bidfest Registrations as set out above, plus logo and advertising during the Bid Meeting and linked partnership on the TSC Website, one booth during our Saturday afternoon Ski Show, plus one of the following:  Co-host our Saturdays Vendor/Delegate lunch, be introduced, and speak for ten minutes before the group. (2 available) This includes logo/sign display at chosen event. After registering ontact Kerry Huffstutler with information for second registration.

Double Diamond Donor  -$3,000 - FOUR Bidfest registrations as set out above, plus one booth during the ski show, or TWO Bidfest registrations as set out above and one additional booth space, plus the logo and advertising during the Bid Meeting and linked parntership on the TSC Website, plus joining TSC in hosting the dinner event in downtown Austin -- be introduced and speak for ten minutes before the group. We can discuss other opportunities with you. This includes logo/sign display at all events. (1 available). After registering, contact Kerry Huffstutler with information on additional registrations.

Any Donor level sponsorship can have additional representatives register at the discounted rate of $125.00.  Must register separately.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities - $250 each - such as sponsoring snacks for delegates during Friday or Saturday presentations.  Providing goodie bags -- have your logo on our goodie bags or for $100 provide your own goodie bags for TSC to give to delegates/guests--Kerry will work with you on any ideas you might have. To sponsor our goodie bags must commit to sponsorship by March 15, 2019 .

TSC YOUTH FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER AT TOP GOLF AUSTIN

SATURDAY EVENING 7:30-9:30PM

COMPETE FOR TOP GOLFER AND TOP "CHEERLEADER" and, new this year, BEAT THE PRO COMPETITION!!!

HEAVY APPETIZERS AND SOFT DRINKS FOR ALL!!

ALCOHOL AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!

 $75.00 PER PERSON WITH ALL PROFITS GOING TO THE TSC YOUTH FOUNDATION.

TSC and industry friends will once again have the opportunity to experience Top Golf (golfer or not)!  This year's competition will be intense for those that want to play and/or party as prizes will be awarded for top scorers and cheerleaders! So, whether inclined to play or just RELAX and cheer for your favorite competitor come try out "entertainment golf"!  No clubs needed!  Transportation will be available from the hotel lobby at 7:15PM.  This year participants will also be able to purchase Mulligans to "improve your score" in a BEAT THE PRO COMPETITION!  Contact:  Peggy Montgomery peggymont@att.net  with any questions.  NOTE: Anyone registering for Top Golf after April 5th will be charged a $10 late fee.

The TSC accepts credit card payments and during the registration process click on the PayPal button and you can pay with your own PayPal account or checkout as a 'guest' by entering your credit card into the PayPal account required.  On-line Registration closes at 5:00 pm April 8, 2019. The TSC also provides the option when registering to pay by check, so click on "pay by check" for this option.
