Georgia Partnership for TeleHealth (GPT), The Southeastern Telehealth Resource Center, and Tift Regional Medical Center is excited to host its 4th Annual School Based TeleHealth Summit. Learn more about developing a school based telehealth center, models, perspectives, implementation, and expansion. Encounter success stories and outcomes of current school based telehealth clinics. There are also opportunities to exhibit or host a portion of the event. We hope you will be a part of this year’s conference.
