Speaker Biography
Ed Thum worked with IBM for over 35 years. He held leadership roles roles in Marketing, Brand Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Operations and Finance. He has held positions in both the Software and Hardware side of the business. Today he teaches Leadership/Management, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service at Wake Technical Community College. He is a regular speaker in the graduate and undergraduate business programs at North Carolina State University. In addition to mentoring / coaching individuals he consults with small business and startups in the Raleigh area.
