Tim Corbett, Founder and President of SmartRisk, Tim has extensive experience developing and implementing risk and performance management programs for architects, engineers, environmental consultants, and building professionals.

Kirby R. Mueller, is an -Assistant Vice President-Underwriting in the Environmental Division of ACE Commercial Risk Services.During his more than 28 year career in the insurance industry, Mr. Mueller has held a variety of leadership roles with national insurance companies and as an owner of a wholesale insurance brokerage.

Jenny Han, is an Environmental Underwriter with the Lloyds Syndicate – Beazley’s Environmental Focus Group. Jenny is in charge of the Western Region and works mainly on Beazley’s ECLIPSE (fixed-site/pollution legal liability) product. Prior to entering the insurance arena, Jenny had 10 years of experience in environmental consulting and risk control.

Brian K. Stewart, Esq. is a partner at Collins Collins Muir + Stewart, LLP. Mr. Stewart handles predominantly professional liability and catastrophic injury matters.  He represents professionals in all aspects of their professional practice with an emphasis in representation of design professionals including contract review and negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
