Rise Up: A Reinvention Retreat for Widows

An invitation to relax, rejuvenate and reinvent

The loss of spouse or life partner is difficult.

In fact, it’s life changing.

You once knew who you were but, maybe, you are not so sure.

During this two-day retreat, we will build a community to support you to reflect, share, move, release, learn and grow.

We have invited some dynamic leaders to help guide you through this weekend.

In addition to all six speakers, workshops and activities, included in your retreat are three delicious full meals (lunch and dinner the first day and breakfast on the second day), yoga, meditation and a fire ceremony. Each participant will receive a copy of Women and Transition by Linda Rossetti, a welcome gift and will have the opportunity to purchase The Grace Trail: Find Your Footing and Move Toward The Life You Were Meant To Live by Anne Barry Jolles.

If you live locally, you can choose to commute to the retreat but for those wanting the full retreat experience or who are coming from out of town, there is a limited block of hotel rooms for those wanting to stay overnight.
