The class will go over all of the new changes to the contracts just published by TREC.

Now that we are operating in the new TRID world, this class will go over what is currently going on with the process, what is working and what is not, the new TREC financing addendum with the realtor's authorization to get the CD, all the new forms and a panel of lenders will discuss that things you can do to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

Closing Workshop

How do you want your closings to look like in the new world.  This includes general closing techniques and a mock closing.
