Lisa Oliver, President and CEO, of The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod will present "Resources to Grow Your Women-Owned Small Business" at the Tuesday, November 12th meeting of the Cape Cod Women’s Association. The meeting is 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Ivy Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 287 Iyanough Road (Route 28), Hyannis.

Lisa brings over 30 years of financial services experience to her role as the President and CEO of The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. The 5th President in the Bank's 98-year history, she's the first woman to assume the role. One of her most notable accomplishments is the establishment of The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod Foundation Trust in 2018. "The Coop Foundation" will significantly expand the bank's philanthropic reach, awarding grants to 501(c)(3) organizations that meet the fundamental needs and challenges of people in the communities the bank serves.

The CCWA Member Spotlight will be Susan Fernald, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Owner of Cape Cod Wellbeing.

The Cape Cod Women’s Association brings women together to broaden their social and professional relationships and enhance their lives through networking, education and personal development.

In 2019, CCWA awarded $5,000 in scholarship funds, managed by the Cape Cod Foundation.  Any woman over 25 years old who is a resident of Cape Cod is eligible to apply.  In addition, the organization has budgeted $1,500 for member educational expense reimbursement and non-profit awards.
