You are invited to attend an educational event titled "Medical Marijuana: What Employers Need to Know" sponsored by the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare. The event will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at PBS39 in Bethlehem, PA. Additional information about the event is presented below.

This is a FREE event for LVBCH members, however, you must register to attend this event.  Registrations will NOT be accepted at the door.

Dr. Christian is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with interest in quality and improvement science driving disability policy and care for persons with disabilities. Clinically, he enjoys pain medicine and musculoskeletal medicine. He is an attending physiatrist at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He has academic appoint with the University of Pennsylvania Department of PM&R. 

Dr. Christian is a graduate of the Mongan Commonwealth Fund Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, where he obtained an MPH at Harvard School of Public Health, with a concentration in Health Policy and Management. Dr. Christian’s goal is to contribute solutions to health disparities here in the US and abroad. Dr. Christian received his PM&R training from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2013, and medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, in 2009.

Ms. Strain is an Education Consultant for Drug Free Workplace PA. Through personal tragedy, she became an avid substance use disorder advocate and educator at both the state and federal levels. She serves as a parent coach for the national organization Partnership for Drug-Free Kids. She is involved with many grassroots organizations with a focus on Substance Use Disorder including the Southeastern PA chapter of Not One More and is an Administrator for the PA chapter of The Addict’s Mom and its subchapter Pregnant Daughters and Substance Use Disorder.

Ms. Strain has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies with a background in healthcare and DOT safety and compliance. She is currently pursuing her BA in Psychology with an emphasis in addiction and has completed the coursework to become a Certified Family Recovery Specialist. Ms. Strain is also a Certified Naloxone Trainer.

Ms. Kamber Todd is the Managing Partner with the Kamber Law Group, P.C., a next-generation law-firm located in Allentown, PA. Her areas of practice include: business law, employment law, healthcare law, HIPAA, and social media law. Her community involvement and board memberships include serving as the SHRM Lehigh Valley Board - Legislative and Diversity Chair, Cedar Crest College Advisory Board, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce - Public Policy Committee, Community Services for Children Board, Jewish Day School Board, and Northampton County Prison LEAP Program volunteer. She is also a trainer/educator for DeSales University and Park Avenue Presentations.

Ms. Kamber Todd received her BA from Brandeis University, her MA with Honors from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and her JD from Hofstra University School of Law. She has also completed the following post-graduate certifications: HIPAA (CHP), racial steering (EEOC), and social medial (Seton Hall University). In her spare time, Ms. Kamber Todd is a private pilot in training, and operates World Trade Center Connect, which provides opportunities to exhibit the largest privately held World Trade Center collection available for loan and promote legal and charitable support for Ground Zero survivors and first responders.
