Jessica joined Express Scripts in 2009 as an account manager. Prior to coming aboard, she served as a senior account manager for URAC (American Accreditation Healthcare Commission, Inc.) in Washington, D.C. Before that, Jessica was an account manager at WellPoint. With more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jessica is an established account executive at Express Scripts. Jessica firmly believes in partnering with her clients to reach their goals.

In 2018, a long-time Express Scripts client experienced significant budget reductions as a client in the mortgage industry. In order to counter these losses, Express Scripts needed to deliver significant savings without increasing member cost share. Jessica took the lead and recommended an aggressive combination of waste-reducing products, including Step Therapy, Drug Quantity Management, and Prior Authorization. Jessica’s recommendations have saved the client more than $1.2 million for the year.
