Yahira Acevedo-Santiago, M.D., is a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in Allentown, PA. She specializes in musculoskeletal medicine, geriatrics, sports and recreational injures as well as hand and upper limb rehabilitation, including carpal tunnel, trigger finger, wrist, elbow and shoulder problems.

Frank Hyland

Frank has served in a variety of clinical and administrative roles at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital since 1981. Frank is currently responsible for the operational oversight of all adult and pediatric Inpatient, Long Term Care, and Outpatient Services throughout Good Shepherd. Frank developed multiple clinical programs at Good Shepherd.

Erin designs, plans, implements, and evaluates corporate wellness initiatives for BeneFIT Corporate Wellness’s business clients. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in community health education from the University of Scranton and has a master’s in public health with a public health concentration from West Chester University. Erin is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®). Her background includes developing health education programs for students throughout Pennsylvania. 

Deborah Gan

Deborah Gan is currently an Executive Director at Merck with responsibility for developing and evolving the strategies for payer customer segments, inclusive of HMOs, PBMS, Medicare Plans, Integrated Delivery Networks and Employers. She works with actuarial vendors to help infuse a customer point of view with respect to total cost of care and value of Merck products.

A twenty-year media veteran, Ashley graduated from the New York University Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. She is also creator and host of a weekly podcast, Unscripted with Russo.  

John R. Morahan

John R. Morahan, FACHE, is President of Penn State Health St. Joseph which includes St. Joseph Medical Center; the Reading Campus; and ambulatory locations throughout the region.  He joined St. Joseph in 1999 from the Catholic Health System in Buffalo. St. Joseph is a top employer in Berks County with more than 1600 employees and $280 million in annual revenues.  

Chris Pruitt
CEO and President, East Penn Manufacturing

Chris currently serves as President/CEO of East Penn Manufacturing Co. Inc., maker of Deka Batteries. East Penn Manufacturing is the largest privately held battery manufacturer in the world with over 10,000 employees. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors of East Penn Manufacturing Co., and the company’s Family Council and Foundation. He has been with the company since May of 1994. He joined East Penn as the Controller and has held numerous financial positions including Chief Financial Officer.
