How do I register myself?
Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page, and fill out the online the registration form (1 person per registration, using a unique email address).
How do I register someone else?
Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page to access the online registration form; use the unique email address of the attendee. All emails and receipts will go to the email address used to register (which must be the attendee's unique email address); this includes a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt if you pay online by credit card. If you are paying for someone else and need the receipt, ask them to forward it to you, or request one from Kristina Holton (holtonk@linnbenton.edu).
Can I register a group of people together?
No, you must register only 1 attendee at a time through the online form, using their unique email address. If you are paying by check, you can write 1 check for multiple attendees, but be sure to indicate each attendee the check pays for - this is very important! See below for how to pay by check.
How do I pay?
Click on the "Register Now" link above and the registration form will ask you whether you are paying by credit card or by check. If you indicate credit card, it will prompt you to enter your card information via the WePay platform. If you select to pay by check, make checks payable to AAWCC Oregon, include a note indicating which attendee(s) the check pays for (this is very important!), and mail both the check and the note of who it pays for to: Cherie Maas-Anderson (AAWCC Oregon) Portland Community College, PO Box 19000, Portland, OR 97280-0990
Receipts and Confirmation Emails:
Upon registering, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you pay by credit card, you will automatically receive a payment receipt by email. If not, email Kristina Holton (holtonk@linnbenton.edu). If you need receipts for people you paid for, email Kristina Holton (holtonk@linnbenton.edu) and she'll get them for you.
Refund Policy:
We will offer refunds for Early Bird registrations only, within 48 HOURS of the timestamp of the Early Bird registration. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. We welcome you to substitute a different person for a paid registration, but make sure to let Kristina Holton (holtonk@linnbenton.edu) know, so she can change the name on the registration and arrange for a nametag for the new attendee. How do I change my payment method?
If you have already registered to pay by check but need to pay by credit card, email Kristina Holton (holtonk@linnbenton.edu) and she will work with you on this.
How do I apply for a State Chapter Scholarship?

Hotel Reservations & Discount Code:
Our conference will be held in the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Portland Washington Square (Tigard, OR).To make reservations by phone, call the hotel at 503-644-4000 and request the American Association of Women in Community Colleges block, please use group code XAW. Reservations must be made by October 17, 2019. If necessary, rooms must be cancelled with a cancellation number obtained 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee (total anticipated room charge plus tax). Room rates for November 19-21, 2019 will be $139.00 - King Bed in 2-Room Suite and $149.00 - 2 Double in 2-Room Suite.
How do I sign up for the Painting Party?
Thursday night, November 21st at 7:30pm. Cost is $30. Register and Pay Online here. Space is limited to 40 people.
Will there be food?
Yes! We will feed you breakfast, lunch, and coffee/tea as part of your registration fee.
Why am I getting emails asking me to register, even though I already registered?
You are on our general mailing list and while our software is smart enough to address you by name, it is not smart enough to check it against the current registration list.
