This SCORE doubleheader features two seasoned SCORE presenters talking about life pre -and post- opening under COVID. In the first presentation you'll be reminded that your customers have learned to live without your business. We'll give you tools and tips to bring them back and keep them returning. In the second session, we will show you how to make decisions on what expenses are dragging your business down (ditch them!) and which ones to keep. Managing your money has never been more important.

Workshop Presenter: Bob Kerwin
Bob Kerwin is a Certified SCORE mentor whose career covered 3 decades at Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon in various management positions. He co-owned a printing company (with his wife, Carol) and wrote the company's financial software. He co-wrote their business plan and another for his small business. Bob is currently a member of French Hospital's Foundation Board and Finance Committee. He has an MBA from Pepperdine and an MS in engineering from USC.
Workshop Presenter: Lorna Whiteaker
Lorna Whiteaker is a small business expert and the owner of MoneySmart Business Solutions and a Certified SCORE Mentor. She has more than 40 years working with and for hundreds of business owners; some making 7 figures and startups with little more than elbow grease and a dream. She shares her “real world” business expertise and money management savvy in an easy to understand way to help business owners achieve their goals.
