Come learn more about the first French foreign minister to the new United States and why Congress commissioned Charles Willson Peale to paint his portrait for their chamber in the Pennsylvania State House. What is Artifact Night?
Artifact Night is a program in its 5th year where we take a hard look at some of the artifacts in the park's collection that need help and love. The event is part of the Adopt an Artifact program where artifacts that need conservation are available to be adopted by the public so that they can be preserved for future generations.
