Event Summary: 

Many firms are struggling to fill entry level, mid-management and principal level technical positions in their firms. Can we do it on our own or do we need a recruiter; where should we look for talent; how do we make sure we are getting resumes from qualified candidates; how do we verify that the candidate has the qualifications we need; what happens if they are not a good fit for our office once hired; what do we do when other firms are offering higher pay or better perks to our employees??? 

These are just some of the questions we will explore at the quarterly SMPS principals roundtable.  We will discuss success strategies and best practices for positioning your firm for attracting qualified candidates; integrating them into your office culture once they have accepted the position; and retaining the talent that represents the future of your office.
