OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach Training Program
Gowrie Group's Safety & Loss Control Division offers a 10-Hour OSHA Outreach Training Program designed specifically for boatyard, yacht club and marina employees. The program provides training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. The program also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.
CT and RI Marine Trades Assoc members receive a 20% discount .
Course Outline: Each topic is approximately 1 hour. Topics include mandatory safety standards set by OSHA guidelines and topics of critical importance to boatyards, yacht clubs and marinas.

Instructor Kellie Crete: This course will be taught by OSHA authorized instructor, Kellie Crete. Kellie has more than 25 years of experience in safety and loss control, and specializes in advising the marine industry.
Course Materials and Completion Cards: Each student will receive a course workbook, current copy of the OSHA 29CFR 1910 ($60 value) and a signed, dated Course Completion Card from OSHA.
