LIVERPOOL: Customer Service Workshop

This workshop is the 8th Workshop in our Entrepreneurship Certificate Community of Practice Program.  The 23 workshops in this Program give you a complete package of skills, tools, and knowledge that will reap benefits for years to come.  All workshops can be taken as independent trainings or complete all 23 workshops over a 3 year period and earn your Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Customer service is an attitude, and it is a choice. If you and your staff genuinely care about the customer, and you genuinely care about your business, you are in the right frame of mind to deliver excellent customer service.
