QA process of Clinical Records: Medical Review / ADR level (w/ Bonus Class on Pain and Pain Symptom Management)

March 6, 2014 (8:30 am - 12:00 pm)

There are a number of reasons why a home health agency may get RECOUPMENT of payment following a request for medical review or Additional Development Request (ADR).

It is important for home health agencies to identify what documentation areas and aspects of care are vulnerable for partial or full payment denial and take steps to prevent or in some cases correct them.

Come to this brief but informative session and learn how to mitigate a potential financial risk as home health providers proactively prepare for a medical review or ADR!

This session is for home health field staff and quality assurance "QA" staff (Nurses, Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Managers/Administrators and Billers).

Receive a FREE Checklist  / Audit Tool to assist in reviewing patient record requested for medical review before submitting them.

PLUS! Get a FREE* one continuing education contact hour on pain class (as a required subject for nurse license renewal in Michigan). Just in time before 3/31/14 due date!

*(applicable to attendees of the class)

Class Fee: $99/per person
